Service Description Build My CV AI provides AI-powered resume analysis and CV optimization services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. 2. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent. 3. Plans & Pricing Trial Offer — €0.01 • 24-hour trial access • Full access to platform features during trial Subscription Plan — €29.99 • Monthly subscription • Renews every 28 days • Continuous access to all platform features Users will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. 4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by: • Logging into your account via the product portal • Contacting support via email at help@buildmycvai.com • Calling customer support at +31 970 1020 6459 Cancellation will stop future billing. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. 5. Payment We accept the following payment methods: • Credit or debit cards • Apple Pay • Google Pay All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials. If you believe a billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect payment has occurred, please contact us at help@buildmycvai.comwith your name, purchase email, and purchase date. We will review the issue and respond as quickly as possible. If a billing error is confirmed, we will correct the charge or issue a refund to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly. 6. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights (EU) By purchasing and using the service, you: • Request immediate access to digital services • Acknowledge that digital performance begins once the service is used • Understand that your 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once digital performance begins 7. Account Responsibility You are responsible for: • Maintaining account security • All activity under your account We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or chargeback misuse. 8.
