1. Nature of Service
Build My CV AI provides digital services only. No physical goods are delivered.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless digital performance has begun.
By purchasing and using the service, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been accessed or used.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
• You request cancellation within 14 days of purchase
• You have not used the service
• You have not accessed or generated any digital outputs
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not granted if:
• The service has been accessed or used
• Any CV or digital output has been generated
• The 14-day withdrawal period has expired
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• A chargeback is initiated without contacting support first
5. Trial & Subscription Terms
• The service may be offered as a €0.01 trial for 24 hours
• After the trial, a subscription of €29.99 is charged automatically
• The subscription renews every 28 days unless cancelled
By starting the trial, you agree to the automatic transition to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Logging into your account via the product portal
• Sending a request to help@buildmycvai.com
• Calling +31 970 1020 6459
For refund requests, please include:
• Full name
• Email address used for purchase
• Date of purchase
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed:
• Using the original payment method
• Within 14 days of approval
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
• Account suspension
• Termination of access to the service
• Submission of evidence to payment providers
9. Exceptional Cases
We may provide refunds outside these conditions in limited cases such as:
• Duplicate payments
• Technical errors preventing access to the service
This does not create a general right to refunds beyond applicable legal requirements.
